Lost Certificate or Photocard
Please take good care of your Forklift Certificates and Photocard.
If you loose either of them we can re-issue duplicate copies (so long as your certificate is not more than 5 years old), but we charge £25+VAT (£30) for each laminated certificate.
We are unable to re-issue a Photocard without you (or whoever did the training) personally visiting our office with Photo ID, a Passport or Driving Licence as we may confirm the photocard is being issued to the right person. The charge for Photocard re-issue is £10+VAT (£12). Call first to make an appointment.
